New products include pattern-welded mosaic steel pendants.

They are $50 each and come in a variety of patterns and shapes. All are equipped with a hole and sterling silver jump ring for easy attachment to a necklace.

The difference in chemistry of the steels and the etching process leaves a texture you can feel and the heat coloring process creates a lovely color spectrum of yellows, blues and purples. The wax finish prevents corrosion and is simple to maintain.

Soon we will offer a line of earrings and bracelets.

Kara

A recent development in our jewelry line are these wootz steel Kara. I hesitate to put this under the jewelry category, but given the other categories I feel this section is best.

A Kara is a steel bracelet (steel bangle) worn by Sikhs. They are available in two styles (half round and raised central rib) and made to the size requested. The material used to make these is wootz which is traditional steel found in Indian History.

Note: Wootz Kirpan are also available.
